Women’s breasts come in many shapes and sizes. There is no perfect shape or size for breasts. Normal breasts can be large or small, smooth or lumpy, and light or dark. Most women experience breast changes at some time. Many factors affect the breast health, including age, heredity, weight, exercise, nutrition, stress, and chronic illnesses.

  • Breast cancer awareness and prevention
  • Breast self-examination techniques
