ABSTRACT: Against the backdrop of the current higher education system reform and
the transformation of talent cultivation
models, the enhancement of comprehensive qualities of normal university
students has become the focus of attention in the field of education and
society. However, there are still issues and challenges in effectively
improving the comprehensive qualities of normal university students. Under the
context of developmental funding, it is necessary to enhance the comprehensive
qualities of normal university students from multiple dimensions. This includes
cultivating their disciplinary knowledge and professional accomplishments,
improving their practical abilities and innovative spirit, encouraging their
participation in social practices and awareness of public affairs, establishing
sound teacher training mechanisms and training systems. These measures
contribute to the enhancement of comprehensive qualities of normal university
students.
