Special Issue on Disability and Health

Disability is a permanent injury, illness, or physical or mental condition that may be present from birth, or occur during a person's lifetime. People with disabilities are more likely to have certain medical conditions or issues.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Disability and Health. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Being overweight or obese
• Health risk behaviors
• High blood pressure
• Osteoporosis
• Premature death
• Pressure ulcers
• Psychological distress
• Urinary tract infections

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Disability and Health” should be selected during your submission.
