Special Issue on Brain and
Language
Human language function is processed in two
well-identified areas that are considered vital for human communication:
Wernicke's area and Broca's area. These areas are usually located in the
dominant hemisphere and are considered the most important areas for language
processing. This special issue focuses on the neurobiological mechanisms
underlying human language and relevant modern techniques used in research. In
order to elaborate its neurobiological basis, further study and clinical trials
on Brain and Language are
significantly important and necessary.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on
exploring brain and language.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Language processing
-
Neural structures subserving language processing
-
Cerebral language center
-
Aphasia and other language disorder disease
-
Cognitive neuroscience
-
Modern techniques used in research
-
Structure and function of brain
-
Brain injury
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue - Brain and Language” should be
chosen during your submission.
