Mathematical Modeling,
Optimization and Optimal Control" encompasses the formulation
of mathematical representations of real-world systems, the development of methods
to find the best solutions to problems within these models, and the design of
control strategies for achieving desired outcomes. This interdisciplinary field
applies rigorous mathematical techniques to solve complex problems in
engineering, economics, biology, and beyond, aiming to predict system
behaviors, improve performance, and make informed decisions under constraints.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
