Special Issue on Research on Reliability and Validity
Reliability and
Validity indicate the ability of a system or method to
perform its required functions under stated conditions for a specified period
of time. Generally, reliability is necessary conditions of validity but not
sufficient condition, and the composition formula “O=T S R” can be used to
measure the relationship between validity and reliability. The main impetus for the development
of reliability and validity as a discipline was progress in academic achievement, the actual
performance, special training results, psychiatric diagnosis, and ranking estimation.
The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in the area of research on the research on reliability
and validity.
In
this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to
submit original researches and review articles on exploring research on reliability and validity.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Influence
factors of reliability and validity
-
Estimation
methods of reliability and validity
-
Function
of reliability and validity
-
Reliability
and validity analysis
-
The
dimension of reliability and validity
-
Applications
of reliability and validity
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should
submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper
Submission System.
