Special Issue on Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences
"Sport,
Exercise and Health Sciences" is an academic topic that investigates the
interdisciplinary field that explores the impact of sport, exercise, and
physical activity on human health and well-being. It encompasses the study of
exercise physiology, sports nutrition, biomechanics, psychology, and exercise
prescription. Scholars in this field examine the physiological, psychological,
and social benefits of physical activity, as well as strategies to promote
exercise adherence, prevent chronic diseases, optimize athletic performance,
and enhance overall health and quality of life.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
