ABSTRACT: Artificial intelligence (AI) is progressing rapidly from a technical perspective, and its potential human rights violations have led to an urgent need for international legislation to address the wide range of human rights challenges associated with AI deployment, including threats to privacy, unlawful surveillance, information access, Through an analytical and descriptive methodology, this study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing regulation and argue that how states can solve this related challenge by working on new frameworks from scratch.
