Special Issue on Civil Law
Civil Law
focuses on the foundational principles, evolving interpretations, and
contemporary applications of private law systems that govern relationships
between individuals and institutions. This issue invites scholarly
contributions that explore diverse areas such as contract law, torts, property
rights, family law, and obligations, as well as the influence of comparative
civil law traditions across different jurisdictions. Submissions may address
doctrinal analysis, legal reforms, case studies, and interdisciplinary
approaches that reflect the dynamic role of civil law in modern societies,
particularly in the context of globalization, digitalization, and
socio-economic change.
