Special Issue on Public Law
Public Law is a branch of law that governs
the relationship between individuals and the state, as well as the structure
and operation of government institutions. It encompasses constitutional law,
administrative law, and criminal law, focusing on the legal principles that
regulate public authorities and ensure accountability, transparency, and the
protection of fundamental rights. Public law plays a critical role in
maintaining the rule of law, balancing power among branches of government, and
safeguarding civil liberties. It is essential for upholding democratic
governance, promoting justice, and ensuring that public institutions act within
the bounds of legality.
