Special Issue on International Law and Policy
International Law and Policy focuses on the
legal frameworks and policy strategies that govern relations between nations
and address global challenges. It welcomes scholarly contributions that examine
topics such as international treaties, human rights, environmental law, trade
regulations, international organizations, and conflict resolution. By
integrating legal analysis with policy perspectives, this issue aims to provide
a deeper understanding of how international norms are developed, implemented,
and enforced in a rapidly changing global landscape. Research that explores the
intersection of law, diplomacy, and global governance is particularly
encouraged.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
