Special Issue on Constitutional Law
Constitutional Law is a fundamental branch of
legal studies that focuses on the principles, structures, and functions of a
nation's constitution. It governs the relationship between the state and its
citizens, defines the powers and limits of government institutions, and
protects individual rights and liberties. This field explores topics such as the
separation of powers, rule of law, judicial review, constitutional
interpretation, and the protection of fundamental rights. Constitutional law
plays a critical role in shaping democratic governance, maintaining the balance
of power, and ensuring accountability, justice, and the protection of civil liberties
within a legal framework.
In this
