Special Issue on Law, Crime and Justice

Law, Crime and Justice is a broad interdisciplinary theme that examines the legal frameworks, social structures, and institutional mechanisms that regulate human behavior, address criminal activities, and promote justice within societies. Research in this area spans topics such as criminal law, criminology, policing, courts, corrections, human rights, and comparative legal systems, while also engaging with contemporary challenges including cybercrime, terrorism, organized crime, and restorative justice practices. By integrating legal scholarship with social science perspectives, this theme provides critical insights into how laws are created, enforced, and experienced, and how justice can be advanced in diverse cultural, political, and global contexts.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Law, Crime and Justice. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Civil law
  • Comparative law
  • Constitutional law
  • Criminal law
