Special Issue on Human Resource Sustainability
Human Resource Sustainability focuses on the
long-term development, well-being, and engagement of employees as a foundation
for organizational resilience and success. It integrates sustainable practices
into human resource management by emphasizing employee health, diversity and
inclusion, ethical leadership, knowledge retention, and work–life balance. By
aligning workforce strategies with environmental, social, and economic
sustainability goals, human resource sustainability ensures that organizations
not only achieve performance objectives but also foster responsible, equitable,
and future-oriented workplace cultures.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Human
