Special Issue on Water Security and Sustainable Solutions
Water Security and Sustainable Solutions focuses on ensuring the
availability and quality of water resources for current and future generations
while promoting environmental sustainability. This field addresses the growing
challenges of water scarcity, pollution, and climate change impacts on water
systems. It explores innovative solutions such as water conservation, efficient
management, wastewater treatment, and desalination technologies. Additionally,
sustainable practices like rainwater harvesting, integrated water management,
and eco-friendly infrastructure are key components of this field. Water
security aims to balance the needs of communities, agriculture, and ecosystems,
ensuring equitable access to clean water while preserving vital resources for
the future.
