It becomes evident that the obstacles are multifaceted, varying from high rates of sexually transferred infections to psychological well-being concerns rooted in sexual violence. The intersectionality of these difficulties highlights the need for a nuanced and detailed approach to sexual health interventions. Exploring the theoretical structures, the Health Belief Model and Social Cognitive Theory become important structures. The Health Belief Model, with its focus on private perceptions, supplies a roadmap for crafting interventions tailored to the distinct considerations of young people.
