  ABSTRACT: Based on the theory of Peace and Harmony, this paper discusses and summarizes the exploration for the construction of discourse system of international communication for Chinese college students. We should actively mobilize the power of multiple subjects in international communication, give full play to the communication guidance function of folk opinion leaders and Internet celebrities among university students, adopt precise communication methods, and strengthen the dissemination of Chinese culture on social media platforms.
