ABSTRACT: The pulmonary artery dissection (PAD) is a rare and life-threatening
event, usually secondary to a chronic pulmonary artery hypertension. We report
the case of pulmonary artery dissection undergoing medical treatment by
conservative management, discovered by performing a computed tomography (CT),
and describe the clinical and therapeutic characteristics with the literature review.
