ABSTRACT: We report two cases of brain metastasis from a lung adenocarcinoma. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) appearance was closely correlated with the macroscopic and microscopic findings that showed multiples nodules of a well-differentiated papillary adenocarcinoma with secreting tubules, surroundedby mucoid fluid.
