ABSTRACT: Severe cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions to anti-tuberculosis medication are rare and have been attributed mainly to thiacetazone. A case of streptomycin-induced Steven-Johnson Syndrome in a patient with TB-HIV co-infection which ended in death is reported.
