  ABSTRACT: As an important component of party’s construction, university party is the most important work of strengthening the party’s construction. At first, it analyses the capacity and the research background, significance, etc. of university party construction work which is under the network environment. The paper researches the main party building work of college students under the network environment. Analysis of the ideas doesn’t adapt to the network development. The head of the party organizations at the grass-roots level cannot adapt to the requirements of network times, and theoretical research is not enough in-depth, etc. The paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current college student party building work. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of college students’ party construction under the network environment.
