ABSTRACT: The small and micro enterprises have made an important part of the national economy, and they develop rapidly in re- cent years. Now, there are a large number of small and micro enterprises in China. They have strong employment ab- sorption ability, and they are important objects that are supported by the state. However, the average life of small and micro enterprises is relatively short and the ability of sustainable development is not strong. The main reason is the turnover of enterprises’ core staff. There are many reasons that cause the loss of core staff, including the development scale and development prospect of the small micro enterprise, and the related human resource decisions. Therefore, this paper is devoted to the study of factors that affect satisfaction of core staff in small and micro enterprises, and explores what factor plays a key role in improving the core employee satisfaction. The characteristic of this paper is to evaluate the satisfaction degree by combining the method of entropy weight method with grey relational analysis, and to establish the corresponding model. The model can reduce the influence of subjective factors, and improve the analysis accuracy of satisfaction influencing factors, thus practically provide a theoretical basis for the decision-making about human resources of small micro enterprise.
