ABSTRACT: The article studies the selection of logistics mode
for e-commerce enterprises. Firstly we give a general introduction to the
development of China's e-commerce logistics and existing logistics models. According to the principles
established by the literature, the corresponding indicator system for the
decision-making of the e-commerce enterprise logistics model is established,
and four first-level indicators are given: commodity attributes, service
levels, enterprise capabilities and total costs. The weight of the indicator is
established by means of analytic hierarchy process. Through the case of
Jingdong, the application and testing of the indicator system will be carried
out, and the indicator system will be evaluated. The main contribution of the
article is to propose a more comprehensive and scientific decision-making
indicator system, and through the use of the analytic hierarchy process, the
weight comparison between the indicators is given, which greatly simplifies the
use cost of the enterprise and makes the method more practical.
