Abstract
Electrophysical properties of multicomponent system Zn2TiO4–Zn2ZrO4–ZnFe2O4 were investigated. The electrical conductivity, band gap, dielectric permittivity, and molar polarizability of formed solid solutions –Zn2-x(TiaZrb)1-xFe2xO4 (x = 0 - 1.0 are defined; Δх = 0.05; a + b = 1; a:b = 1:5; 1:4; 1:3; 1:2; 1:1; 2:1; 3:1; 4:1) were defined. Electrophysical properties of samples are in linear dependence on their composition. All the synthesized samples are semiconductors with high electrical resistivity. Was confirmed the formation of two phases of variable composition with a wide homogeneity range.
