This paper briefly describes the main problems and the measures should be taken in the county economic operation of power supply enterprise management, from 35 kV and over network economic operation of power and more economic operation management of low voltage distribution network. It involves operation mode management, load management and adjustment, the main transformer economic operation, economic operation voltage and reactive power optimization, low voltage unbalanced three-phase load, distribution lines and equipment operation and maintenance, etc.
