Special Issue on Public Service and Public Administration

Public Service and Public Administration is an academic field focused on the implementation of government policy, management of public programs, and the behavior of public servants. It encompasses the study of organizational theory, public management, policy analysis, and ethics in governance. This discipline aims to improve governmental effectiveness, transparency, and accountability while preparing individuals for careers in the public sector. It examines the roles and responsibilities of public institutions and the impact of their services on society.
