Human capital refers to the knowledge,

experience. Economic growth refers to the increase in an economy's production of
goods and services over time. Human capital can create a positive impact on
economic growth by enhancing productivity, increasing innovation, and improving
the quality of the workforce. Investments in human capital can lead to higher
economic performance. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform
