Special Issue on Food Safety and Sustainability
Food
Safety refers to the process of preparing, handling and storing the food in a
way to prevent foodborne disease and injury. Food products may encounter any
number of health hazards during the journey through the supply chain. The goal
of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians
all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and
developments in the area of Food Safety and Sustainability.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Food Safety and Sustainability. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
