Special Issue on Exercise, Health and Education
Regular
exercise improves our overall health and fitness, reduces the risk for many
chronic diseases. It has many types that include aerobic activities, strength
or resistance training, balance exercises and flexibility exercises. The goal
of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians
all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and
developments in the area of Exercise, Health and Education.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Exercise,
