Special Issue on Cardiovascular Diseases and Risk Factors

"Cardiovascular Diseases and Risk Factors" explores the range of pathologies affecting the heart and vascular system, including coronary artery disease, hypertension, stroke, and heart failure. This field investigates the underlying mechanisms of these conditions, risk factors such as obesity, smoking, high cholesterol, and diabetes, and the interplay between genetic predispositions and lifestyle choices. Research aims to develop preventive strategies, innovative treatments, and interventions to mitigate risk factors, ultimately reducing the prevalence and impact of cardiovascular diseases on global health.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Cardiovascular Diseases and Risk Factors. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
