Special Issue on Infectious Diseases and Public Health
Infectious
Diseases and Public Health concerns the study of infectious diseases, their
transmission, control, and prevention. This field encompasses the epidemiology
of infectious diseases, immunology, pathogenesis, virology, bacteriology, and
parasitology. It also involves the social and behavioral aspects of infectious
disease transmission and control, public health policy and management, and
international health. Researchers in this field work to develop effective
prevention strategies, vaccines, treatments, and public health policies to
control the spread of infectious diseases and improve population health.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Infectious Diseases and Public Health. Potential topics include, but are not limited
