Special Issue on Operations Research &
Optimization
Optimization
is concerned with the analysis and algorithmic aspects of maximizing or
minimizing an objective function subject to constraints, often in complex
problems in high dimension. Operations research is a problem solving and
decision taking technique. It is considered a kit of scientific and
programmable rules which provides the management a “quantitative basis” for
decisions concerning the operation under its control.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Operations Research & Optimization. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Optimization algorithms
-
Optimization models
-
Optimization techniques
-
Linear and nonlinear optimization
-
Convex optimization
-
