Special Issue on Legislation & Justice


Justice is a way of implementing law, which is of great significance to the realization of legislative purposes and the function of law. Neutrality is the first characteristic of judicial power, and the independence of judicial power is necessary to ensure judicial justice. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Legislation & Justice.


In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Legislation & Justice. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:


  • Law, legislation and liberty
  • Criminal violence and criminal justice
  • Justice policy and practice.
  • Theory of legislation
  • Principles of labor legislation
  • Justice and law reform
  • Environmental justice: law, policy & regulation
  • Gender, crime, and justice



Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
