Special Issue on Gynecologic Oncology
Gynecologic Oncology mainly focuses on cancers that start in women’s reproductive organs. These organs are located in the pelvis which is the area below the belly and in between the hip bones. All women are at risk for gynecologic cancers. When the cancers are found earlier, treatment is relatively more effective.
