Special Issue on Quality Management

Quality management (QM) is the act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. It has become an all-pervasive management philosophy, such as industry, service in private and public sectors including welfare and educational services. The goal of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of quality management.

 

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring quality management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Total quality management
• Role of quality management
• Quality management principles
• Performance measurement and management
• Quality culture and value
• Quality management models
• Quality improvement tools and techniques
• Implementation and innovation

 

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

 

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Quality Management” should be selected during your submission.
