Special Issue on Ionic liquids
Ionic
liquids (ILs) are an interesting class of salts with negligible vapor pressure,
low melting point, special phase behavior, electric conductivity, low
flammability, and high thermal stability. Ionic liquids are currently
attracting considerable attention, as their unique properties make them
suitable for a wide range of applications in catalysis, organic reactions,
biological chemistry, etc.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Ionic liquids. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Structures and properties
-
Modification of ionic liquids
-
Design, synthesis and characterization of
ionic liquids
-
Ionic liquids for catalysis
-
Ionic liquids in organic reactions
-
Ionic liquids in separation technology
-
Ionic liquids in analytical chemistry
-
Ionic liquids in biological chemistry
-
Synthesis, purification and recycling of
ionic liquids
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Ionic
liquids” should be selected during your submission.
