Special Issue on Surgical Resection
Surgical resection is the removal of all or part of an internal organ, tissue, or structure. There are many types of surgeries that involve resection. The most common resections include removal of parts of the bowels or colon, livers, kidney, etc. They can be effective treatments for certain forms of cancers, scarring from diseases like Crohn’s disease, or tissue damage from conditions such as diverticulitis.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Surgical Resection. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Surgical Resection” should be selected during your submission.
