Special Issue on Mechatronic Engineering
Mechatronic engineering is a new focus area in engineering that promises to become even more important in the future, both in South Africa as well as internationally. With automation as the current key to productivity, the need for mechatronics (which makes it possible to generate simpler, more economical, reliable and versatile systems) increases by the day. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of mechatronic engineering.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring mechatronic engineering. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Mechatronic engineers design
-
Design of automated machines
-
Mechanical engineering technology
-
Mechatronics: principles and applications
-
Control surveys
-
Machine dynamics in mechatronic systems
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Mechatronic Engineering” should be selected during your submission.
