Special Issue on Cloud Computing
Cloud Computing is a general term for anything that involves delivering hosted services over the Internet. These services are broadly divided into three categories: Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service. Cloud computing is a technology that uses the internet and central remote servers to maintain data and applications. Cloud computing allows consumers and businesses to use applications without installation and access their personal files at any computer with internet access. The cloud model of services can improve the way we manage health care, finance, mobile information, and more; and will help us realize the vision of Intelligent Living. As one of the most important research fields on computing and business model, cloud computing is of great attraction to researchers.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring cloud computing. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Cloud computing platforms
-
Service models of cloud computing
-
Public cloud and private cloud
-
Tools and technologies for building clouds
-
Privacy and security for cloud computing
-
Opportunities and risks about cloud computing
-
The trend of cloud computing
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Cloud Computing” should be chosen during your submission.
