Special Issue on Spatial Statistical Analysis
Spatial
statistical analysis played an important role in Statistics. Spatial
statistical focuses on the non-spatial characteristics analysis of spatial
objects and phenomena, and studies how to describe or simulate spatial
phenomena and processes using mathematical statistical models. Spatial
statistics have extensive application in many disciplines,
among which the application in geology has attracted the most attention and
made a great progress. However, the research of spatial regression, spatial
simulation, spatial prediction, computational intelligence and spatial pattern
is not yet mature, and they are hotspots and difficulties of current research.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers
and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring spatial statistical analysis.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Spatial data
analysis
-
Spatial statistics and GIS
-
Spatial
autocorrelation
-
Spatial
distribution
-
Spatial
patterns
-
Spatial
econometrics
-
Space-time
statistics
-
Application of spatial statistical analysis
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Spatial Statistical
Analysis” should be chosen during your submission.
