Special Issue on Geoscience and Future Earth
The Earth is the only
astronomical object known to accommodate life. Humans have been influencing the
Earth through different activities and play a key role in dominating many of
the Earth's ecosystems with a large human population. As a new international
research initiative, Future Earth will develop comprehensive knowledge for
responding to global change risks and create transformative opportunities toward
future global sustainability. The goal of this special issue is to
provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Geoscience and Future Earth.
In this special
issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Geoscience and Future Earth. In this special issue,
potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Terrestrial
ecosystem carbon cycle

Monitoring
of environmental changes

Development
of the earth system model

Develop
future earth for promoting social sustainability

Co-design
of implementation plan for future earth

Geology
in 3-D and the evolving future of earth science
Authors should read
over the journal’s For Authors carefully before
submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their
complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Geoscience and Future Earth” should be
chosen during your submission.
