Special Issue on Supercritical Fluids and Processes Research

A supercritical fluid is a state of matter. It is the state of matter pressure and temperature exceeding its critical pressure (Pc) and critical temperature (Tc) at the same time. The supercritical fluid has both the nature of the liquid (solubility) and the nature of the gas (diffusion force). Supercritical fluid has low chemical activity and toxicity, so it is also a concerned environmental protection technology. It can be used as a substitute for organic solvents with high environmental load in the fields of medicine and food, and also used as a cleaning solvent in superfine parts in the fields of semiconductors and MEMS. It is widely and fast applications in laboratory and industrial techniques.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring supercritical fluids and processes research. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Supercritical fluid extraction
    • Supercritical fluid chromatography
    • Supercritical fluid polymerization
    • Supercritical chemical reaction
    • Supercritical carbon dioxide
    • Supercritical fluid technology
    • Application of supercritical fluid

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Supercritical Fluids and Processes Research” should be chosen during your submission.

    According to the following timetable:

    Submission Deadline
