Special Issue on Nondestructive Testing
Nondestructive testing (NDT) is a wide group of analysis techniques used in science and technology
industry to evaluate the properties of a material, component or system without
causing damage. The terms nondestructive examination (NDE), nondestructive
inspection (NDI), and nondestructive evaluation (NDE) are also commonly used to
describe this technology.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on nondestructive testing. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Electromagnetic methods
-
Acoustic emission
nondestructive testing
-
Eddy-current nondestructive
testing
-
Ultrasonic nondestructive
testing
-
Nondestructive testing of structures
and joints
-
Definition of fatigue cracks
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Nondestructive
Testing” should be chosen during your submission.
