Special Issue on Arrhythmias

An arrhythmia is a disorder of the heart rate or heart rhythm. It means that the heart beats too quickly (tachycardia), too slowly (bradycardia), or with an irregular pattern. Symptoms of arrhythmias include: palpitations, chest pain, fast or slow heart beat, lightheadedness or dizziness, shortness of breath, skipping beats, sweating and so on.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Arrhythmias. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Extra beats
  • Supraventricular tachycardias
  • Ventricular arrhythmias
  • Bradyarrhythmias
  • Pacemakers
  • Beta blockers
  • Defibrillation
  • Electrocardiogram

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
