Special Issue on Quality Management
Quality management (QM) is the act of overseeing all
activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. It has
become an all-pervasive management philosophy, such as industry, service in
private and public sectors including welfare and educational services. The goal
of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of quality
management.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring quality
management. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
