Special Issue on Invasive
Species in Agriculture
Invasive Species, also known as exotic or nuisance
species, are organisms or plants that are introduced into a new environment,
where it is not native. Invasive species can have an adverse and often very
damaging impact on agriculture, the natural environment and even our lifestyle.
Management and the prevention of the introduction of new invasive species are
key environmental and agricultural policy issues for the governments. It is
responsible for the strategic and operational management of serious weeds and
pest animals that pose a threat to agriculture production systems, related
environmental resources, and market accessibility for agricultural produce. This special issue will be focused on studying
different kinds of invasive species in agriculture and their
management.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring invasive species in agriculture. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:

Authors
should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
