Special Issue on Natural Fibers
The earliest evidence for humans using
fibers is the discovery of wool and dyed flax fibers found that date back to 36,000
BP. There are many plants and animals can be sources of Natural Fibers, they can be important in exploration of composite
materials. In textile industry, for clothing natural fibers can give some more benefits
than synthetic fibers, such as comfort and health. As one of the most important
agricultural products, natural fibers are of great attraction to researchers.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review
articles on exploring natural fibers.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
