Special Issue on Potato

Potato is the world's fourth-largest food crop, following maize, wheat, and rice. The word "potato" may refer either to the plant itself or to the edible tuber.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring potato. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Physiology
• Breeding and genetics
• Disease and pest research
• Post-harvest handling and quality
• Crop management
• Nutrition
• Economics and marketing

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Potato” should be selected during your submission.
