Employee Performance Appraisal in a Logistics Company ()
Abstract
This paper develops a multi-criteria
decision making method (MCDM) method to evaluate the employee performance in a
logistics company. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for the weights of
criteria and employees. Technique for order preference by similarity to an
ideal solution (TOPSIS) is used for ranking the overall performance of the employees.
Result shows that the proposed method is a generalized method and is applicable
for the performance appraisal problem.
