Recently we received emails from our authors saying that when they tried to access the paper submission system on SCIRP their F-Secure anti-virus software will block the visit and said the site is dangerous. We checked our code and found nothing wrong. Thus we contacted F-Secure and they replied that our site is safe. They will remove it from their block site list on the next update.
